NT U23 conducts a training session after canceling the Australia friendly

Today, Saturday, the NT U-23 conducted a training session within its preparatory camp in Spain until the fifteenth of this month, as part of the fourth phase of the preparation program for the Olympic Games in Tokyo, to be held in late July.

The training session came after the cancellation of the friendly match against Australia, scheduled for Saturday evening, due to developments in the conditions of precautionary measures against the virus (Covid-19), and in the interest of the safety of the players of the two teams.

The evening training session, which was held under the supervision of technical director Saad Al-Shehri and the assistant technical staff, focused on the players' application to maneuver over the entire area of ​​the stadium.

During its ongoing camp in the Spanish city of Marbella, the national under-23 team will meet Mexico and Argentina in a friendly, respectively.

It is worth noting that the NT U-23 is in Group D in the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020), along with the teams of Brazil, Germany and Ivory Coast.
