
NT continues to prepare for the Olympics in morning and evening sessions

Today, Saturday, the NT U-23 trained within its preparatory camp in Riyadh, which runs until the fifth of next July, as part of the fifth phase of the preparation program for the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020).
Al-Akhdar players performed their training session today, Saturday, in two shifts, morning and evening. During the morning session, which came in the Fitness Time branch in Al-Waha neighborhood, they performed strengthening exercises, while the evening session began at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium, with mini-square exercises 5 against 2, followed by Tactical training, during which the team was divided into two groups focusing on building under high pressure and defensive transformation, to conclude the training session with a physical exercise with the ball in order to endurance.
The national team will continue its training tomorrow, Sunday, at 7:00 pm, at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium, in a closed training session in front of the media.
It is noteworthy that the NT U-23 is in Group D in the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020), along with the teams of Brazil, Germany and Ivory Coast.
