Today, Tuesday, the NT U-23 team continued its training within its preparatory camp in Riyadh, which runs until the fifth of next July, as part of the fifth phase of the preparation program for the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020).

Al-Akhdar players performed their training session today, Tuesday, in two shifts, morning and evening. During the morning session, which came in the Fitness Time branch in Al-Waha neighborhood, they performed strengthening exercises, while during the evening session at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium, they practiced in miniature squares, followed by a training session. 3 vs 3, and the training session ends with a mini maneuver with the aim of playing from the sides.

On the other hand, the technical and administrative staff of the NT U-23 visited the player Hassan Timbukti, to check on him, after the injury he suffered with the first national team in its match against Uzbekistan in the joint Asian qualifiers.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, the national team will continue its training at 7:00 pm at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium, in a training session open to the media.

It is noteworthy that the NT U-23 is in Group D in the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020), along with the teams of Brazil, Germany and Ivory Coast.
