NT U23 is preparing for the Ugandan friendly in preparation for the Olympics

Today, Wednesday, the NT U-23 continued its training within its preparatory camp in Riyadh, which extends until the fifth of next July, as part of the fifth phase of the preparation program for the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020).
The NT players performed their training session this evening, at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium, under the supervision of technical director Saad Al-Shehri and the assistant technical staff, which focused on their application of tactical training in the defensive aspects on high pressure, followed by work on fixed balls in the defensive aspects.
On the other hand, the training session witnessed the non-participation of the player Salman Al-Faraj due to his feeling of mild fatigue, as a result of which the medical staff preferred to rest him with special exercises, while the player Abdulelah Al-Omari started today his rehabilitation program with the medical staff.
The national team will conclude its preparations for the first friendly match against Uganda at 7:00 pm tomorrow, Thursday, at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium.
It is noteworthy that the NT U-23 is in Group D in the Olympic Games (Tokyo 2020), along with the teams of Brazil, Germany and Ivory Coast.
