
SAFF appoints the Spanish Coach Andrew Plaza to lead the futsal team

The Saudi Arabian Football Federation has officially appointed Spanish coach Andrew Plaza to lead the first national futsal team, in preparation for participating in the upcoming Gulf, Asian and international competitions.
SAFF appointed Andrew Plaza due to his great experience and his career in futsal training through the clubs he worked in throughout his training career, the last of which was winning the European Futsal Champions League with Barcelona in its last version.
It is noteworthy that the Spanish coach previously won the Spanish League title, the Super Cup, the Spanish Cup and the King’s Cup with Barcelona, in addition to winning many personal awards on different occasions. He is also the first coach in the history of the Spanish League to achieve the Spanish League title in all its categories.
