Al-Khalidi was crowned as the Kingdom’s Championship for Fourth Division Clubs champion

The member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, President of the Technical Committee, Naim Al-Bakr, crowned Al-Khalidi team with the shield of the Kingdom's Championship for Fourth Division Clubs.

Al-Khalidi won the title after defeating Al-Tasamoh 3-2, at Al-Khaldi Club Stadium in Al-Wajh.

Mashari Al-Balawi, Faisal Al-Rashidi and Nawaf Al-Maslamani scored for Al-Khalidi at the 32, 36 and 73 minutes, respectively, while Saleh Al-Khalidi and Muhammad Al-Nafiei scored for Al-Tasamoh at the 13th and 84th minutes.

Al-Khalidi started the tournament from the round of 32 after the conclusion of the qualifiers stage by defeating Al-Qurayyat 1-0 in the first leg and a 0-0 draw in the second leg.

In the round of 16, Al-Khalidi beat Jubba 3-1 in the first leg and by the same result in the second leg, before he overtook Al-Tohamy in the quarter-finals with a 3-1 first-leg win and 1-2 loss in the second leg, to win the semi-finals against Al-Sawari 5-0.

On the other hand, Al-Tasamoh booked its place in the final after beating Al-Artawi in the first leg of the 32nd round, 2-1, before a 1-1 draw in the second leg, then overtook Munif in the second leg 1-0, after 1-2 loss in the first leg.

In the quarter-finals, Al-Tasamoh beat Al-Etemad 2-1 and 3-0, respectively, before beating Al-Waseel in the semi-finals with a score of 4-2.

Al-Khalidi, Al-Tasamoh, Al-Sawari, Al-Waseel, Ras Tanura and Al-Tohamy clubs were promoted to the Saudi Third Division League 2022-2023.
