
The Asian Training License Course for Fitness coaches was concluded in Riyadh

Today, Wednesday, the Asian Training License course for Fitness coaches (A1), which was held in Riyadh from May 28 to June 1, was concluded, with the participation of the member of the Technical Committee, Education Director, lecturer Dr. Yahya Al Sharif, and 20 coaches.
The course witnessed theoretical and practical lectures that mentioned several topics, most notably the physical requirements in football, the physiology of physical effort, training planning, speed endurance training and fitness tests in football.
The second session is scheduled to be held in Al-Ahsa from 3-7 June, to be followed by a third session in Jeddah from 15-19 of the same month.
The President of the Technical Committee Turki Al-Sultan thanked Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Complex in Al-Nakhil neighborhood for hosting the session and providing all facilities for the success of the session.
These courses are part of the development program set by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation with the aim of qualifying national coaches in all disciplines.
