
The Asian Training License Course for Fitness Coaches was concluded

Yesterday, Tuesday, the Asian Training License Course for Fitness Coaches (A1) was concluded, as it was held in Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Sports City in Al-Ahsa from 3-7 June, with the participation of the member of the Technical Committee, Director of Education, Lecturer Dr. Yahya Al-Sharif, and 13 coaches.
The course witnessed theoretical and practical lectures that dealt with several aspects, most notably the physical requirements in football, the physiology of physical effort, training planning, speed endurance training and fitness tests in football.
This is the second course to be held for (A1) fitness coaces, as the first course was held in Riyadh from May 28 to June 1, while a third course will be held in Jeddah from 15-19 of the same month.
For his part, President of the Technical Committee Turki Al-Sultan thanked the management of Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Sports City for hosting the course, the good reception and providing all facilities for the success of the course.
These courses are part of the development program set by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation with the aim of qualifying national coaches in all disciplines.
