The second phase of the Asian Training License (B) courses, which were held by the Education Department of the Technical Committee of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation was concluded in 6 cities in the Kingdom, with a total of 8 courses, with the participation of 208 coaches, 26 coaches in each of Riyadh (two sessions), Jeddah (two sessions), and one session in each of Dammam, Medina, Abha and Al-Ahsa, noting that the first stage was held from August 28 to September 8.
The National Guard Club and the Prince Muqrin Complex hosted Riyadh courses, while Jeddah courses were held in Al-Ahli Club, the University of Jeddah and the Technical College in Jeddah, while Abha course was held in Damac Club, and Medina course was held in Ohod Club, while Al-Ahsa cours was held in Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Sports City, while the National Guard Club in Dammam hosted Dammam course.
The eight courses witnessed the participation of a number of Asian accredited lecturers, namely Samir Hilal, Fahad Modhesh, Bandar Al-Ahmadi, Youssef Al-Dosari, Muhammad Al-Dashishi, Khaled Al-Tamra, Khaled Al-Qaruni, Ali Al-Qarni, Abbas Ghulam, Dr. Wissam Najeeb from Iraq, Fahd Al-Fakhro and Youssef Baker from Qatar, Abdullah Hassan from UAE, and Diane Saleh, Ziyad Akouba, and Saleh Daghash from Jordan.
The second phase included major topics, most notably offensive and defensive play strategies and methods, training unit planning, annual planning for the training program, nutrition and sports injuries.
For his part, the member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, President of the Technical Committee, Turki Al-Sultan, expressed his thanks and appreciation to all the hosts for the second phase of the courses, appreciating their full cooperation for the success of these courses, which is a continuation of cooperation between the SAFF and the hosts to serve Saudi football.
