The second part of the Asian Professional Coaches Training Course (Pro) was concluded

On Thursday, the second part of the training course for Asian Professional Coaches (Pro), which was held in Doha in cooperation with the Development Department of the Qatar Football Association, was concluded, as It is held by the Education Department of the Technical Committee of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, with the participation of 24 coaches after the approval of the Asian Football Confederation, in the presence of the member of the Board of Directors of the SAFF, President of the Technical Committee Turki Al-Sultan and Director of Education of the SAFF, the member of the Education Authority of the AFC, Dr. Yahya Al-Sharif.

The second phase of the course kicked off on Tuesday, November 22, with the participation of the international lecturer Mr. John Peacock, who works as a lecturer in the International, European and Asian Federations and also worked as a coach for the youth groups for all English national teams, in addition to the lecturer in the European and Asian Federations Mr. Steve Router, former director of education for the English Football Association, and the lecturer in the Union of European Football Associations, Mr. Niall Orkin, the Director of Education of the Irish Federation, and they were helped by the Saudi lecturers Khaled Al-Qarouni, Khaled Al-Farhan, Bandar Al-Ahmadi and Mushabab Ziyad.

The course included major topics, most notably global developments in technical analysis of World Cup matches, methods and systems of play, tactical training, setting up the appropriate training program for the training unit on a weekly, monthly and annual basis, using the latest technologies in training, dealing with sports media, club managements, professional contracts for coaches, and the relationship between the coach and all employees in the field.

The third stage will be held by the lecturers visiting the students in their clubs and examining their work inside the club on the principle of education in the realistic environment of the coach during the months of February, March and April 2023, provided that the fourth stage will be held during the period from 13 -22 May 2023 and the fifth stage from 5 -14 August 2023.

For his part, the member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, President of the Technical Committee, Turki Al-Sultan, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the President and members of the Board of Directors of the Qatar Football Association for all the facilities they provided for the success of this stage of the Asian Professional Coaches Course, appreciating their full cooperation for the success of the course, which is a continuation of cooperation between the Qatar Football Association And the SAFF to serve football in the Gulf region.
