Referring to the tweet published on the social media site X under the name of Majid bin Abdullah Al-Marzouki, which included talk about the completion of the transfer procedures for player Hassan Altambakti.

Accordingly, the Professionalism and Players’ Status Committee clarifies that in the event that a player transfers between two clubs and the previous club does not comply with the transfer request in the DTMS local player transfer matching system, the new club addresses the player’s previous club to complete the transfer procedures and match it.

The Director of Professionalism in Al-Shabab Club Majed Al-Marzouqi addressed the Professionalism and Players’ Status Committee, requesting that he be directed by what the committee deems appropriate regarding compliance with the transfer request.

In response to the request of the Director of Professionalism at Al-Shabab Club, the Professionalism Committee directed him and gave him the appropriate instructions in accordance with the provisions of the Professionalism Regulations and the conditions and transfers of players, based on what was stipulated in Paragraph (2) of Article (3) of the Professionalism Regulations that the Regulations are the main reference for the registration of players and their transfers between local clubs.

To date; The Professionalism Committee has not received anything indicating that he has processed the application in accordance with the instructions issued by the Committee and according to what is stated in the Professionalism Regulations.

Regarding what was stated in Clause (c) of Paragraph (2) of Article (12) of the Professionalism Regulations, which came in the context of talking about verifying documents before (uploading) them to the system, and since conformity with transfer requests does not include the professionalism director of the club from which the player is transferred to upload the transfer agreement. rather, it is the responsibility of the professionalism director of the club to which the player is transferred, and therefore the citation of this article is not systemically correct, and it is not considered a legal reason based on the regulations for the non-compliance of the professionalism manager of Al-Shabab club with the request to date.

Accordingly, the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee will verify what was stated in the tweet, and take legal measures according to its regulations.
