The Asian training license course for fitness trainers (B1) was concluded last Friday, which was held at the headquarters of the College of Technology in Jeddah from September 25th to 29th, with the participation of the member of the Technical Committee, director of education, lecturer Dr. Yahya Al-Sharif, and the presence of 14 trainers.
In its practical aspect, the course included lectures that covered several topics, most notably the physical requirements in football, the physiology of physical effort, training planning, and fitness tests in football.
The practical part dealt with endurance exercises in football, speed endurance in the requirements of football, muscular endurance, and prevention and rehabilitation exercises.
The member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation and President of the Technical Committee, Turki Al-Sultan, thanked the College of Technology in Jeddah and all its employees for hosting the course at their sports headquarters, wishing success to everyone who participated in the Asian training license course for fitness trainers (B1).
It is noteworthy that these courses come within the development program established by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation with the aim of qualifying national coaches in all specialties.
