
Competitions Committee holds third division league workshop

The Competitions Committee of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, SAFF, held a workshop with the representatives of the clubs of third division league, to explain the league mechanism after transferring its organization to the SAFF.
The workshop, which was held at Tuesday afternoon, in the great hall in Prince Faisal bin Fahad Olympic Complex, in Riyadh, was attended by the clubs' representatives and the officials in the General Sport Authority offices.
The workshop witnessed the adoption of merging the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup for regions qualifiers, with the third division league.
Committee Chairman Naeem Al-Bakr gave an explanation about the league organizing mechanism, and transforming the junior teams’ competitions to be organized by the SAFF, where the U-19 and U-17 competitions will be transformed to the SAFF starting from, the coming season 2020-2021, U-15 and U-13 competitions will be moved to the SAFF's management from 2021-2022 season.
Al-Bakr, presented full explanation on the mechanism of distributing the clubs and places leading, to the final stage of the league.
