KSA, the Emirates, Jordan and Syria qualify for the semi-finals of the West Asian U-19 Championship

The final round of the group stage of the Arab DiarChampionship for West Asian U-19 teams, which is being held in Taif Governorate, and will continue until next July 5, concluded this Sunday evening.
The Saudi under-19 national team topped the standings of Group A with 5 points collected from winning one match and drawing two matches, scoring 6 goals and conceding 3 goals.
Group B, saw the Jordanian national team qualify with 7 points, collected by winning two matches and drawing one match, scoring 5 goals without conceding any goals.
The UAE national team also reserved its place in the semi-finals after topping Group C, with 6 points, scoring 6 goals and conceding two goals, while the Syrian national team secured a seat in the semi-finals after qualifying as second best in the group stage with 6 points.
The two semi-final matches are scheduled to be held next Wednesday, with the UAE national team meeting its Jordanian counterpart at 5:00 p.m, while the Saudi national team will meet the Syrian national team at 9:00 p.m, noting that both matches will be held at the King Fahd Sports City Stadium in Taif.
