Roshn Professional League referees camp concludes in Abha

The Roshn Professional League referees concluded their internal preparatory camp today, Saturday,
which was held in the city of Abha in preparation for the new season 2024-2025, which started on
August 4.
The camp witnessed the participation of 27 field referees, in addition to 29 assistant referees, in
addition to 4 female referees, including a field referee from the Women's Premier League referees, with
the aim of gaining the necessary experience and training on the video assistant referee technology.
During the camp, the referees conducted daily fitness exercises, in addition to their participation in a
number of matches held between the academies with the aim of gradually returning to participate in
matches after the end of the sports season.
During the camp, they also participated in a number of training sessions related to the video assistant
referee technology for the referee, where training was conducted on all the technologies that will be
used for the next season, namely: "goal line technology and semi-automatic offside technology".
The referees also participated in daily lectures, during which the most important new amendments to
the football law were presented, in addition to discussing a number of arbitration cases from the past
sports season, with the participation of a number of lecturers accredited by the International and Asian
Football Federations.
