Al-Misehal Congratulates the NT U-19 on Winning the AGCFF U-20 Gulf Cup

Yasser bin Hassan Al-Misehal, President of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, congratulated the players of the Saudi Under-19 national team, as well as the technical and administrative staff, on winning the first edition of the AGCFF U-20 Gulf Cup, which concluded today in Abha.
The tournament final saw the national team defeat its Yemeni counterpart 3-1.
Al-Misehal emphasized that the national team's achievements are a culmination of the support of the wise leadership—may God protect them—and the interest and follow-up of His Highness the Minister of Sports. This achievement is a testament to the quality of Saudi football talent and the positive interest of clubs. He also highlights the growing trajectory of the strategic plans developed for the youth teams by the technical management of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation and its supporting departments.
Al-Misehal expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Emir of Asir Region and His Highness the Deputy Emir for honoring the final match of the tournament and crowning the national team players with the cup, and the Yemeni national team players with second place. He also thanked His Excellency the Assistant Minister of Sports for his congratulations on the tournament's organizational success and its outstanding performance, alongside the strong technical performances demonstrated by the Gulf teams and the supportive public attendance of the champion national team.
The President of the Saudi Federation concluded by emphasizing that the strong technical performance of the national under-19 team and their winning of the AGCFF U-20 Gulf Cup title demonstrates the determination, talent, and moral and physical motivation of Saudi players.
