
NT U-17 Girls' Announces Final Squad for Asian Cup Qualifiers

The technical staff of the U-17 women's national team, led by Greek coach Katerina Falida, has announced the final squad of players participating in the U-17 Women's Asian Cup qualifiers, hosted by Singapore.
The 23-player roster includes the following names:
Dana Al-Binali, Talia Kutbi, Maryam Al-Tayyar, Juwan Al-Nassar, Diala Sarouji, Rital Hakami, Hawraa Jalal, Jude Al-Amoudi, Arwa Al-Rashid, Rimas Ahmed, Hiba Abdulrahman, Sarah Al-Madani, Dima Ahmed, Hala Al-Shadoukhi, Rima Abdulaziz, Ghala Saleh, Ghadi Al-Otaibi, Siwar Amr, Kenzi Alaa, Dana Al-Dahyan, Sadeem Al-Suhaimi, Saadia Mohammed, and Zainab Reda.
The national team is preparing for its second appearance in the Asian Cup qualifiers, as they will open their campaign against the host nation, Singapore, on October 5, followed by a match against Indonesia on October 8, and conclude their participation against Bahrain on October 11. All of the team's matches will be held at Bishan Stadium in Singapore.
This announcement follows the final phase of the preparation program, during which the technical staff focused on enhancing technical and physical readiness and fostering team cohesion in preparation for the continental competition.
For her part, Alia bint Abdulaziz Al-Rasheed, Director of the Women’s Football Department at the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF), emphasized the importance of this participation, stating: “We take great pride in the junior women’s national team reaching its second AFC Asian Cup qualification campaign. We view this participation as a significant milestone in the players' journeys and an opportunity to gain valuable experience and exposure at the continental level. We have great confidence in the players and their efforts during the preparation period; we look forward to seeing them enter the competition with high spirits and great ambition, delivering performances that reflect the progress of women’s football in Saudi Arabia.”
The team’s second appearance in the continental qualifiers reflects the ongoing efforts to develop youth national teams and provide players with more opportunities to compete internationally, thereby helping to build a robust foundation for the national teams and strengthen their presence on the continental stage.
