The Technical Committee of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation launched the third phase of the initiative to empower the national coach, which includes supporting coaches to work in the Saudi Professional League clubs and third-class clubs.
The technical committee had completed the first and second phase, which began in the 2020/2019 sports season, and included support for coaches to work in the clubs of Prince Mohammed bin Salman League for the first division and the second division, as the SAFF guaranteed a monthly bonus for coaches working in clubs during the sports season.
The SAFF approved the initiative in December 2019 with direct support from His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, the Minister of Sports.
Through this initiative, the technical committee aims to enable work for national managers, regardless of their training grade, to gain more technical expertise in the field.
