Fernando Teresaco, The Chairman of the Referees Committee of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation, and Manuel Navarro, The Director of the Referees Department, will hold a press conference tomorrow, Thursday, at 5:30 pm at the Rosh Rayhana Hotel in Riyadh, to talk about a number of topics related to the committee and programs for the development of Saudi referees.
