The begining of the Asian license course for goalkeeper trainers at the National Guard Club in Dammam

Today, Saturday, the Asian Training License Course for Goalkeeper Coaches "Level 2" was launched at the Sports Club facility of the Ministry of National Guard in the Eastern Sector in Dammam, which will be held from 5-11 December.

The session witnesses the participation of 19 national coaches, under the supervision of the Asian lecturer Jassim Al-Harbi.

The course includes theoretical and practical lectures and practical tests, and represents the second level of qualification and development of trainers specialized in training goalkeepers.

During the first day of the course, a practical application was made to the goalkeeper's tactical situations, such as attack building, distribution and support in coordination and contact with defenders, and a theoretical lecture on growth and development was held for goalkeepers from the age of 3 years until the stage of professionalism.

It is noteworthy that the number of training courses for goalkeeper coaches during the period from February 2018 to this December reached 11 courses, of which 171 coaches benefited.
