The Social Responsibility and Public Participation Committee of the Saudi Football Association decided to launch the third edition of the Club Social Responsibility Award for the 2020-2021 sports season.
The committee sent the Prince Muhammad Bin Salman Professionals Cup League and Prince Mohammed Bin Salman League first-class clubs the award list and their criteria.
The committee expressed its aspiration for everyone to contribute effectively by participating in this edition to enrich the sports arena with beneficial and effective social initiatives and programs.
For his part, Chairman of the Committee Nazih Al-Nasr affirmed that the third edition of the award comes as an extension of the success of the previous editions, in which the clubs presented a set of initiatives with sustainability and social impact, and indicated a great level of awareness and responsibility among clubs in the Kingdom.
It is decided that the number of award winning centers in this edition will be increased to 5 centers for the best five initiatives that clubs will advance at the end of the sports season, and the criteria for this award focus on the depth of the impact of the initiatives, the quality of implementation, sustainability indicators, and other criteria included in the articles of the award regulations and standards.
It is noteworthy that Al Hilal Club won the first place award during the last edition, while Al Khaleej Club won the second place, and Al Faisaly Club won the third place.
