The Saudi Federation holds the thirteenth ordinary general assembly

The Saudi Football Association held, on Thursday evening, its thirteenth ordinary general assembly in Riyadh.
The meeting began with the announcement that the General Assembly had been convened and formed in accordance with the Articles of Association, with the presence of 45 members out of 47 members.
After that, the Secretary-General of the Saudi Federation Ibrahim Al Kassim reviewed the agenda of the General Assembly, followed by a speech given by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federation, Yasser Al Misehal, in which he reviewed the President's report.
In addition, it was announced that 3 members of the transcript review committee were appointed: Turki Al Fadhel (representative of the Okhdood Club), Khaled Al-Mutairi (representative of the Gold Club, and Muhammad Al-Saif, such as Al-Jabalain Club). The independent observers were also appointed: Abdulaziz Al-Massaad and Abdulallah Al-Shahil.
During the meeting, the minutes of the previous meeting of the General Assembly were approved, and the members of the Assembly unanimously approved the adoption of the proposed amendments to the articles of association.
The General Assembly unanimously approved the appointment of Abdulaziz Al-Arifi as vice-president of the Discipline and Ethics Committee, as well as the appointment of Muhammad Al-Rasheed as a member of the committee.
The association also unanimously approved the restructuring of the Dispute Resolution Chamber headed by Counselor Faisal Abu Khalif as Chairman, Walid Moaz as Vice President, and the membership of Fahd Al-Hujairi, Ibrahim Al-Naim and Khamis Al-Zahrani.
The association unanimously approved the nomination of Dr. Muhammad Al-Omari & Partners, BDO, as an external auditor.
The president of the federation reviewed his report that was sent to the clubs 10 days before the meeting of the general assembly, the annex to the financial report and the report of the chartered accountant, and the balance sheet was reviewed after being revised and audited with the statement of profit and loss, before the financial report was approved unanimously and the budget was approved.
For his part, Chairman of the Board of the Saudi Football Association, Yasser bin Hassan Al Misehal, on behalf of the Board of Directors, raised his thanks, appreciation and pride for the great support given by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz - may God protect him - and His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman - may God protect him - For the sports sector in general and the football sector in particular, considering that the achievements and development are thanks to God and then the generous support of the wise leadership.
Al-Mashal extended his sincere thanks to His Royal Highness, the Minister of Sports, His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, for his interest, support, follow-up and permanent support for everything that serves Saudi football and overcoming all difficulties facing the workflow.
The President of the Saudi Federation praised the success of the General Assembly meeting with the solidarity of all members, joint team work, and absolute transparency that accompanies the vision of development, strength of work and accuracy in implementing plans in accordance with laws and regulations, which resulted in a collective response to all Assembly decisions that aim to create a more sustainable working environment to achieve aspirations.
He added, "The confidence of our partners, members of the General Assembly, is appreciated and puts us in a great challenge to embody that confidence and to continue achieving successes."
He explained: "We will continue to work tirelessly to achieve successes, and the Football Association is the home of Saudi football, open to all clubs, media and fans, to embody the identity of teamwork consistent with regulations and authorities, and we are happy and proud of what we have achieved today and we will continue to work more to achieve the best always."
He concluded: "All thanks and appreciation to my colleagues in the Football Association for their contribution to the success of the meeting and to create all the necessary requirements to achieve this."
