Election Committee Announces Election Timetable for Sixth Term

The Election Committee for the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) for its sixth term announced the adoption of the election timetable, based on the provisions of Article 8, Paragraph (1) of the regulations.
Nominations for the SAFF Board of Directors elections will be open from July 22 to August 1, while the lists of candidates will be reviewed from August 2 to 7.
The Saudi Sports Arbitration Center will receive appeals and grievances regarding the lists from August 9 to 13. Appeals and grievances will be adjudicated from August 15 to 23, and the results will be announced on August 24.
The election timetable stipulates that candidates must withdraw by August 25th.
The election committee will then announce the final list of candidates on August 26th, with campaign activities commencing the following day and continuing until August 29th. Elections will be held during an extraordinary general assembly meeting on August 30th, 2026.
